- A valid passport is required to travel to the USA for all passengers

- All sales are final

- Trips are transferable providing new customer information is received 24 hours prior to departure

- Toursport reserves the right to cancel any trip up to 7 days prior to minimum number of  30 passengers required is not attained. All monies will be refunded fully 

- Toursport is not responsible for delays due to weather or traffic conditions

- All pricing is in Canadian Dollars plus HST
